Uhles Communications Group Return & Refund Policy

At Uhles Communications Group (UCG), we strive to provide quality products and services. Due to the custom nature of many of our offerings, please review our return policy before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless required by applicable law.
Radio Programming Services
Programming services are custom work performed specifically for each customer and radio. Once programming has begun or has been completed, radio programming services are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the information they provide (frequencies, talkgroups, codeplugs, licensing, etc.) is accurate before programming is performed. Any requested changes after delivery may be subject to additional service charges.
3D Printed Products
Our 3D printed products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes. Minor cosmetic variations are normal and do not affect functionality.
If a UCG-manufactured 3D printed product becomes damaged during normal intended use due to a manufacturing defect, UCG may, at its discretion, replace the item.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with receiving the replacement item, including:
- Shipping charges; or
- Delivery fees, if an in-person delivery option is requested.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear is not covered under this replacement policy.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact UCG as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials. We may require photographs of the packaging and product to assist with shipping claims.
